🔸 Ordering Process

• Before submitting your order, please double-check all order details.
  Once the order is marked as "Confirmed," it cannot be canceled or modified to ensure smooth processing and efficient handling by our team.
  If you need to make changes, please place a new order before making payment.
  Orders that have already been paid cannot be canceled or changed.
• Once your order is submitted, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address you provided (please ensure it is correct and actively used).
  After completing the form, you may proceed with payment according to the instructions provided.
• Product quantities are limited. Please complete your payment promptly after placing your order.
  Unpaid orders past the time limit will be considered canceled. If you still wish to purchase, please place a new order.
• When using LINE Pay or credit card for checkout, please avoid switching to other screens or apps, as it may prevent the payment page from loading properly.
  If the system does not redirect to the payment page, simply place a new order to try again.

• For orders delivered within Taiwan (main island):

  A NT$100 home delivery fee or
  An NT$80 convenience store pickup fee
  will be charged if the order total is under NT$1,000.

• Invoices will be issued as cloud invoices linked to your membership.
  Within 1–3 days after checkout, the invoice details will be sent to your registered email.

  If you require a business invoice with a Tax ID, please select the corporate invoice option during checkout.
  If you choose a personal invoice, reissuance with a Tax ID will not be available afterward.
